🧴 Hygiene Policy — Returns & Exchanges

Due to clinical hygiene protocols, opened or used products cannot be returned. This policy applies to all products, including our MFR Balms, therapeutic oils, and all topical formulations. We take product safety and contamination prevention seriously to protect all customers. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@jaysnaturals.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
